相信很多出口到欧盟的亚马逊卖家都收到了亚马逊的邮件，通知卖家提供商品的符合性声明(DeclarationofConformity，下列简称“DoC”)。

　　在这段时间里，我多卖家进行了沟通，发现卖家对DoC符合性声明文件中有许多不清楚的地方。作为卖家，应该如何安全稳定地向欧盟市场销售商品?

　　DoC什么是符合性声明文件?

　　AnEUdeclarationofconformity(DoC)isamandatorydocumentthatyouasamanufactureroryourauthorisedrepresentativeneedtosigntodeclarethatyourproductscomplywiththeEUrequirements.BysigningtheDoCyoutakefullresponsibilityforyourproduct'scompliancewiththeapplicableEUlaw.

　　根据欧盟的规定DoC这是一个强制性文件。作为制造商或授权代表，您的产品需要签署符合欧盟要求的声明。通过签署DoC文件，表明符合适用欧盟法律的产品，并承担全部责任。

　　合格的DoC文件需要具备哪些条件?

　　作为制造商，你有责任起草欧盟合格声明(DoC)。它应包含以下信息：

　　1)yournameandfullbusinessaddressorthatofyourauthorisedrepresentative.

　　(您的姓名、完整的公司地址或授权代表的姓名)

　　2)theproduct'sserialnumber,modelortypeidentification.

　　(产品序列号、型号或类型标识)

　　3)astatement,statingyoutakefullresponsibility.

　　4)meansofidentificationofproductallowingtraceability–thiscanincludeanimage.

　　根据欧盟的规定，目前，制造商有权起草欧盟符合性声明文件。这里的所谓制造商一般可以指产品的制造商或品牌方，即产品或品牌所有者，然后起草欧盟符合性声明文件。

　　欧盟条款如下：

　　ManufacturersplayacrucialroleinensuringthatproductsplacedontheextendedsinglemarketoftheEuropeanEconomicArea(EEA)aresafe.TheyareresponsibleforcheckingthattheirproductsmeetEUsafety,health,andenvironmentalprotectionrequirements.Itisthemanufacturer’sresponsibilitytocarryouttheconformityassessment,setupthetechnicalfile,issuetheEUdeclarationofconformity,andaffixtheCEmarkingtoaproduct.OnlythencanthisproductbetradedontheEEAmarket.

　　制造商正在确保他们被投入欧洲经济区(EEA)在单一市场中扩大产品的安全性起着至关重要的作用。他们负责检查其产品是否符合欧盟的安全、健康和环境要求。制造商有责任进行资格评估，建立技术文件，发布欧盟资格声明，并粘贴产品CE标志。只有这样，产品才能存在EEA市场交易。
